RESPONSIi31LITIES <br />Right to Entry <br />The oermi;tee shali allow the Director of the State Water Quality Control <br />Division, the "c?A Regional administrator, and/or their authorized repre- <br />sentative, upon the presentation of credentials: <br />(A) To enter upon the permittee's premises where a regulated facility or <br />activity is located or in which any records are required to be kept <br />under the terms and conditions of this permit; <br />(B) At reasonable times to have access to and copy any records required [o <br />be keat under the terms and conditions of [his permit and to inspect <br />any monitoring equipment or monitoring method required in the permit; and <br />(C) To enter uaon the permittee's premises to reasonably investigaCe any <br />actual, suspected, or potential source of water pollution, or any <br />violation of the Colorado Water Quality Control Act. The investigation <br />may include, but is not limited to, ;he following: sampling of any <br />discharge and/or process waters, the taking of photographs, incerwiewing <br />of any persons having any Knowledge related to the discharge,permi;, <br />or alleged violaticn, and access to any and all facilities or areas <br />within the permittee's premises that may have any affect on the <br />discharce, permit, or alleged violation. <br />2. Duty to ?rovide InformaLicn <br />The permit;ee shall fu Wish tc ;ne Division, .within a reasonable time, any <br />information Nhich ;he Division may request to Bete rmi r.e whether C3U52 <br />exists fcr modifying, revoking and reissuing, or terminating this permit, <br />or to determine compliance with this Gerrit. <br />3.
