Ioncompliance (cont'p) <br />(2) The following instances of noncompliance shall be reported orally <br />within 24 hours from ;he time [he permittee becomes aware of the <br />circumstances, and a written report mailed within f;ve davs of <br />the time the permittee becomes aware of the circumstances: <br />a) any instance of noncompliance which may endanger health or <br />:he environment <br />bi Any unanticipated bypass which exceeds any effluent limitation <br />in :ne per.mi[ <br />_, 1ny upset .vnicn exceeds anv eF-luent limitation .n the permit <br />(See Fee. The bypass shai! be subject to <br />Division approval, ones limitations imposed by the Division and EPA. <br />(?)
