<br />WITNESSETH, That the said party of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of -------------

<br />P.M•, ly:ing South of U. S. Highway No. 34, including ail minerals lying in or under
<br />said lands and all water rights appurtenant thereto or used thereon, except par-
<br />cels previously conveyed as evidenced by Warranty Deed dated June 1, 1967, recor-~
<br />ded June. 7, 1967 in Sook 1364 at Page 515, Warranty Deed dated June 26, 1967, re-•
<br />corded June 27, 1967 in Book 1365, at Page 770, Warranty Deed dated and recorded
<br />Dctober 24, 1967 in Book 1373, at Page 889, and Warranty Deed dated May 29, 1973,
<br />recorded .June 4, 1973 in Book 1556, at Page 871, all according to the records of
<br />the Clerk and Recorder of said County.
<br />This Deed is given in fulfillment of Installment Land Contract dated March 17,
<br />1967, recorded April 4, 1967 in Book 1359, at Page 393, and Assignment thereof
<br />datdd September 23, 1971, recorded October 5, 1971 in Book 1478, at Page 638,
<br />records of- said County.
<br />TOGETHER with all and singular the hereditamenta and appurtenances thereto belonging, or in anywise
<br />appert^~a+ag, and the reversion and reversions, remainder and remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof, and all
<br />the estate, right, title, interest, claim and demand whatsoever of the said party of the first part, either in law
<br />or equity, of, is and to the above bargained premises, with the hereditaments and appurtenances.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises above bargained and described with the appurtenances, unto the
<br />said part y of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever. And the said party of the first part,
<br />for her self , her beire, executors, and adminietretore, do es covenant, grant, bargain, and agree to and
<br />with the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns, that at the time of the ensealing and delivery
<br />of these presents, she is well seized of the premises above conveyed, as of good, sure, perfect, absolute and
<br />indefeasible estate of inheritance, in law, is fee simple, and ha s good right, full power and lawful authority
<br />to grant, bargain, sell and convey the same in manner and form as aforesaid, and that the same are free and clear
<br />from all former and other grants, bargains, sales, liens, taxes, assessments and encumbrances of whatever kind or
<br />nature aoever., except subject to taxes for 1967 and all subsequent years, ease-
<br />znts, reservations, agreements and restrictions of record, if any,
<br />and the above bargained premises in the quiet and peaceable possession of the said party of the second part,
<br />his beire and assigns against all and every person or persons lawfully claiming or to claim the whole
<br />or any part thereof, the said part y of the Tiret part shall and will WARRANT AND FOREVER DEFEND.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said party of the first part has hereunto set her hand
