All storm <br />event runoff has passed without incident. All dams have functioned as designed. <br />The rer*+>;*++*g dams having the culvert principal spillway design (Johnson #6, No Name #2, <br />and No Name #4) aze functioning properly and show no evidence of piping. Additionally, <br />there are no other structural or erosional problems to report. <br />Since last quarter's report (April 3, 1992), Trapper has rebuilt Johnson Gulch Dam # 10 (now <br />#lOR) changing to the concrete spillway design; and added another dam to the West Pyeatt <br />System. The original West Pyeatt Dam #1 now is identified as Dam #2 and the new upstream <br />dam is West Pyeatt Dam # 1. This keeps the nomenclature system consistent with all other <br />drainages the fast dam in the series labeled #1. Additionally, Coyote Dam continues to dry <br />up and the water level now is six feet below the decant height. <br />In accordance with Colorado regulation 4.05.6(13), all sedimentation ponds shall be examined <br />by a qualified registered professional engineer or other qualified individual under their <br />direction. All ponds were inspected by a competent, qualified impoundment inspector and <br />the results of his inspection findings have been reviewed by me. <br />Please call Bill Agnew or me if you have any questions or concerns. <br />Sincerely, <br />fames M.
