The Cash (Gold Hill) Mill/Mines. MLRB Permit No. M-83-141, is held by two co-permittees. The co-permittees are Colina Oro Molino, Inc.(COM, Inc.) and Mi Vida Enterprises, Inc. The company representative is as follows: Mr. Tim Hartley, President Durango Metals, Inc. 4571 Ashfield Drive Boulder, Colorado 80301 1303) 530-2268 On 6/15/94 Bill York-Feirn, Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology, inspected the Cash (Gold Hill) Mill and Mine. At that time, he observed about 130 tons of Mogul Tunnel Mine ore xhich xas dumped and partially processed through the Cash (Gold Hill) Mill. The Cash (Gold Hill) Mill appears to be a custom mill based on the Memorandum of Understanding between the Colorado Department of Health and the Division of Minerals definition of a custom mill. The MLRB permits are not held by the same person(s), company, or partnership. As a custom mill, the Cash (Gold Hill) Mill xould be required to hold a Certificate of Designation under the SWDFA. - 1'~l
