Long <br />Division Dueclor <br />Re: Request to change the mining phase sequence for Permit Number M-92-074 (Ranch Gravel <br />Mine #2) <br />Dear Mr. Hekkers <br />The Division has reviewed your fetter requesting a change in the mining phase sequence to <br />permit number M-92-074, Ranch Gravel Mine#2. The current approved reclamation plan has six <br />phases. Colorado Springs Utilities is requesting to mine phases 4 and 5 before phases 3 and 6, <br />this sequence would allow the operator, to effectively control storm water. The Division <br />approves the change in mining sequence as requested in your letter of November 20, 1998.
