It is a sediment control <br />facility receiving run-off from the refuse disposal area. The water level in the pond was approximately <br />24" below the invert of the pond decant gate. Aminor amount of aquatic plant growth is occurring <br />within the pond. <br />EMBANKMENT <br />1). Adequacy of the vegetative cover: Excellent Moderate Few Poor <br />2).
