The holes
will be marked. Landmark requests approval of this closure by the
division.
The SEDCAD information contained in the mine permit
information indicates the 36" culvert at the crossing will handle
the runoff from 37.742 acres. Landmark does not plan to continue
with the mine plan to mine Phase II which will result in a 6.28
acre reduction in surface disturbance, or a 17.4$ reduction. The
two existing 24" culverts are an 11B reduction in capacity from the
36" culvert so it is indicated that the existing 24" culverts are
adequate.
Enclosed are the results of the well water analysis. There
was no discharge from the Engleville Mine.
Please call me if you have any questions.
Si cerely,
%~~~
Mark Kerr
Operations Manager
4901 Soulh Windermere Street.
