• 2.05.3(7) Coal Handling Structures (continued) <br />Engleville Gulch for a 100 year 24 hour event is calculated to <br />be 1,559 cfs. A calculation of a flow rate, as shown in cross <br />section KK shows A level of stream flow four feet below the bank <br />of the stream to be 1,670 cfs which indicates the crusher site <br />is well above a one hundred year flooding event. The small <br />stockpile area north from here is two feet lower in elevation <br />and would also be adequately protected. <br />The screening apparatus, if used, may be shuffled from one <br />stockpile to another depending on the need, however the crusher <br />will become stationary once it is set up in the figuration shown <br />on the exhibits. <br />• <br />• <br />3 <br />l <br />
