The additional widths needed will be 100 feet left and right of the <br />centerline of the existing highway for a total of 200 feet through this coal <br />lease area. <br />We note that the access and other coal transportation aspects (haul, loadouts, <br />access) of the project have not yet been located or finalized. When these <br />transportation elements are finalized, they will need to be coordinated with and <br />reviewed by cur District IiI office in Grand Junction (P.O. Hox 2107, 81502). <br />Also, any new access points from the State highway system to the mining loadout <br />and haul road areas may require access permits fran the Department. <br />Thank you for the opportunity to provide comments ~ this doc~nnent.
