Proposed Future Land Use <br />(Goal of reclamation) <br />Land Stabilization, Limiteb Rangeland <br />EXHIBIT A - Legal Description <br />The legal description must identify the affected land and be wholly adeq ate for field <br />location of the property. It can be in the form of metes & bounds surve or a <br />description by reference to township, range, and section, to at least th nearest <br />quarter-quarter section. Where applicable, the street address or lot nu tier(s) may be <br />used. <br />EXHIBIT B -Mining Plan <br />This can be a general discussion of the methods, equipment, phases or st ges of the <br />operation and those areas of land affected by each. The plan should be orrelated with <br />the map and should show where extraction will begin, and which direction if any, it <br />will proceed. <br />EXHIBIT C -Map <br />This map should clearly define the permit boundaries and contain suffici nt information <br />to determine the location of the affected land on the ground and existin and proposed <br />roads or access routes to be used in connection ~:iith the mining operatio All <br />immediately adjacent landowners of record must be shown.
