Be su a you are <br />eligible. <br />1X ~ <br /> LIMITED IMPACT OPERATIONS must disturb less than ten acres (in luding all <br /> roads, stockpile areas and any other surface facilities) aver he life of the <br /> mine, and must extract LESS THAN 70,000 tons of mineral, overb rden or <br /> combination thereof per calendar year. If the affected area f same fraction <br /> greater than nine acres, be sure NOT to round this figure up t ten acres in <br /> the narratives or elsewhere. <br />I_I SPECIAL (ten-day processing) operations are any sand, gravel, r quarry <br /> aggregates operations which are to be operated for the sole pu pose of <br /> obtaining materials for highway, road, utility, or similar-typ construction <br /> under a Federal, State, county, city, town, or special distric contract where <br /> the contract calls for work to be commenced within a specifics ly short time <br /> and which will affect ten acres or less (including all roads, tockpile areas, <br /> and any other surface facilities). <br />INSTRUCTIO N: This application and all accompanying materials as outline below must be <br /> submitted in duplicate.
