EIk would likely be more Beverly repulsed <br />than Mule Deer. Select furbearers would not be greatly impacted. <br />Other select species such as the Abert's Squirrel, Black Bear, <br />Blue Grouse, Mountain Lion, Prairie Falcon, and Red-tailed Hawk <br />would become only occasional visitors to the mine's immediate <br />vicinity. Songbird nesting, resting and feeding habitat will <br />also be eliminated for the most part, both immediately and in the <br />long term. <br />In essence, the wildlife picture is not good concerning this <br />mine plan and the future of the wildlife community. If other <br />human activities are minimized over the long haul, the land will <br />accommodate and adjust to the disturbance. Hopefully, this <br />operation will not lead a new procession. <br />25-D <br />
