(Include here a summary of any measures <br />taken to comply with your Stormwater Management Plan (SWMP), to fully implement it, changes or <br />improvements made in any of your Best Management Practices (BMPs), employee training spills, other <br />problems encountered, etc. How is your plan working?) <br />For the period January 1, 2004 through December 31.2004, BTU Empire Corporation was in substantial <br />compliance with the terms and conditions of all permits and regulations necessary to conform to the <br />Stotmwater Management Plan (S WMPI developed for this facility. <br />The Best Management Practices (BMP's), ins t~ections, maintenance activities and trainine requirements <br />~ecified in the SWMP for Empire were adhered to throutihout the year. (The permit requires at least two comprehensive facility inspections per year -see page 8 of the <br />permit. It is <br />not necessary to summarize day-to-day inspections, unless significant problems were noted.) <br />First Inspection -Date 03 / 12 / 04. Findings and action taken: <br />A comprehensive inspection of drainage control structures, diversion structures, vegetated slopes, berms, <br />veeetative filters, rock filters and storaee areas for raw materials, chemicat products, fuels, hazardous <br />substances and waste products was completed on 3!12/04.
