The pro- <br />duction will be approximately 250,000 tons/ <br />year with the disturbed area being approxi- <br />mately 20 acres/year. Runoff from undisturbed <br />areas will be routed around disturbed areas <br />- with a series of ditches. There will be five <br />different disturbed areas in the permit boun- <br />dary. Mining will star[ at the lower <br />elevations and progress uphill. A portion of <br />the lower pit will be left to collect runoff <br />from the disturbed areas. This pit has been <br />sized to collect runoff from a 100 year - 6 <br />v hour storm so that a no discharge condition <br />exists.
