Westside Gravel operators have agreed
to bury the existing line so that it will have a depth of 4 foot of cover or more. We feel that depth is
adequate to prevent any negative impacts on that line. The owner of the property where the pit will
exist is granting an easement to relocate this existing gas. This new line will cross under and parallel
the proposed access along the north boundary line of the property tart it should not be adver;ety
affeded by the pit operations.
Westside Gravel will be responsible for any damages to the Amos Energy gas lines on this
property that are incurred as a result of any of their operations.
~~~ ~~
~`--~--~
~ir~uyZS'/ Zc~o3
Carl Dobbins
Operations Supervisor
Atmos Energy
ANDREW P.
