~- <br />Additional Information <br />1. Mr. Schleich's Objections <br />The objections by Mr. Schleich have been resolved. On <br />11/30/94 I wrote Mr. Schleich that there would not be any <br />obstacles constructed in such a manner to prevent his <br />excess irrigation water from draining away from his <br />fields. Mr. Schleich has had no further objections. <br />(See attached letter) <br />2. Agreement with Delta-Montrose Electric Association <br />An agreement letter has been submitted to DMEA. According <br />to Mr. D.B. Watkins at DMEA, approval of the agreement <br />may take 4 to 6 weeks due to the internal politics of <br />their office. A copy of the submitted letter is <br />attached. <br />3. New Road Construction (culvert sizing) <br />The 24 hour precipitation, 10 year event is 1.6 inches as <br />per information received from the following publication: <br />Precipitation-Frequency Atlas of the Western U.S. <br />NOAA Atlas 2 <br />The culvert will be sized to accommodate this <br />precipitation event. <br />Sincerel <br />Aaron P.
