<br />EXHIBIT D <br />~J <br />The mining would commence sometime in 1995. <br />The initial step in mining would be stripping back the (1) <br />foot cover of soil and stockpiling the material away from the <br />active pit area. <br />The mining would, in in the northeast corner of the <br />property.
