ExhiY~it C <br />a. MaF. identified as Exhibit C has been revised with all man <br />mace structures identified. The man made structures <br />within 200 feet of the proposed affected land include the <br />following: <br />1. Fence on the south boundary of affected land <br />2. Fence on the east boundary of affected land <br />3. Fence on the north boundary of affected land <br />4. Irrigation ditch on the south boundary of affected land <br />5. Irrigation ditch on the west boundary of affected land <br />6. Irrigation diversion box in the southeast corner of <br />affected land <br />7. Fence along the south boundary of existing access easement <br />to the affected land <br />8. Culvert in irrigation ditch along the west boundary of <br />affected land <br />9. Small pond on the south side of the new access road <br />10. Pond on north side of affected land <br />These structures all belong to Million Agricultural <br />Investments, Ltd. <br />b. Exhibit C shows new road to be constructed and existing <br />road access. <br />c. All re-submitted maps are larger than 1" = 100' and not <br />smaller than 1" - 660'. <br />d. No setbacks are planned within the 40 acre permit area. <br /> <br />
