As I explained to hLn, I do not feel that the east and <br />north lines of the property as we surveyed it are on the Section lines but <br />I feel certain that they are rithin the northeast @uarter of Section 6. <br />It should also be noted that there is a trail road crossing the 10 acre <br />tract, exiting throueh the gate on the east boundary. It may be necessary <br />to allow some type of access around or through this tract in order to not <br />inter:Fere with ezistin~ access to adjacent property. <br />I have enclosed three copies of our Survey plat along with our statement <br />for the survey. Tl~e description of the property that you will rant to use <br />on the application for the .gravel pit is the description as shown on the <br />plat.
