Frequency and Sample Type <br />~II ~I~II~~I~~~~~ ~I~ <br />sss <br />PART I <br />Page ld of 19 <br />Permit No .: CO-0032115 <br />In order to obtain an indication of the probable compliance or non- <br />compliance with the effluent limitations specified in Part 1.A. the <br />permittee shall monitor all effluent parameters at the following <br />frequencies: <br />Discharge Point(s): 001, 002, 003, 005. 006, 008, 009, 010 and 011. <br />Effluent Parameter Measurement Frequency d/ Sample Tvne e/ <br />Flow, MGD Weekly Instantaneous <br />or Continuous <br />Total Suspended Solids, mg/1 Monthly Grab <br />Total Iron, mR/1 Monthly Grab <br />Oil and Grease, mR/1 t/ Weekly Visual or Grab <br />pH, s.u. Weekly Grab <br />Salinitq g/ Quarterly h/ Grab <br />Settleable Solids. ml/1 j/ Monthly Grab <br />Reporting of the above data shall be on a quarterly basis. Refer to <br />Part I.D.2 for specific requirements. Should a precipitation event or <br />snowmelt occur, the permittee shall submit proof in order for an <br />exemption to be claimed. Said proof shall be submitted as an <br />attachment to the Discharge Monitoring Report (DMR) for the appropriate <br />period. <br />Sampling for compliance with the monitoring requirements specified <br />above shall be performed at the following locations(s): 001, 002, 003, <br />005, 006, 008, 009, 010 and 011. the outfalls of the sediment ponds as <br />shown in figures 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6. <br />Monitoring by the Division for the purpose of compliance and/or <br />enforcement of the effluent limitations shall be performed as per <br />"Sample Type" specified above. <br />See Part I.C. for Footnotes. <br />Amended 2/17/87 <br />Amended 9 3 87 <br />Corrected <br />Amended <br />Code: i - 9 Date: 9 - 84 <br />
