Cottony <br />Division DireROr <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Division received Kerr Coal Company's (KCC) third Quarter 2007 Sediment Pond Inspection report on <br />October 22, 2007. Quarterly reports need to be submitted to the Division in a more timely manner. Third <br />quarter sediment pond inspections were conducted by KCC on August 21,2007. No problems were noted <br />with any of the ponds during the third quarter 2007 inspection. ~ None of the ponds were dischazging during <br />third quarter 2007 inspection.
