Therefore, no exposure of ground water eau occur during and after mining operations. The proposed operation will consume ground water by _ evaporation, _ dust control, _ reclamation, _ and water removed in the mined product. Prior to initiation of these uses of ground water, the applicant will need to obtain a gravel well permit. Prior [o obtaining a permit, an approved water supply phtn or a decreed plan for augmentation will be required. 'Ibe applicant has indicated plans to use other water for uses at the gravel pi[ or for storage in the gravel pit. The applicant will need to provide evidence to [his office that the water is permitted or decreed for such uses. Prior [o approving a gravel well permit, the applicant will need a wavier of objection from well owners within 600 feet or request a hearing before the State Engineer. The proposed operation may have potential impact on existing water rights near the project location. Please provide evidence that the proposed project will no[ alter or impact the historic operation of the existing water rights.
