<br />NICHOLSON GRAVEL PIT <br />EXHIBIT E (ammended 5/5/86) <br />Reclamation Plan: <br /> <br />When mining is complete the area shall be back sloped <br />no steeper than 4:1. Topsoil will then be returned <br />over the overburden to a depth of six to ten inches. <br />The area will then be fertilized to an extent in which <br />about forty pounds of nitrogen (N - available) is used <br />for the area. The seeding rates previously listed in <br />exhibit E of the impact application dated April 2, 1986 <br />shall be broadcast following mulch applications as <br />specified in Standards and Specification for Mulching, <br />Technical Guide Section IV, Soil Conservation Service, <br />February 1982. The area, too, will be fenced if <br />necessary to control grazing. If any part of this plan <br />cannot be adhered to, the subsequent changes to the <br />plan shall be of comparable effectiveness. <br />
