All <br />review and comment periods initiate from this date. <br />The applicant proposes to conduct a surface mining operation, at or near <br />Section 28, Township 16.05, Range 51W, 6th Prfine Meridian. <br />A copy of the application is available for public inspection at the Cheyenne <br />County Courthouse, Box 67, Cheyenne Wells, Colorado. <br />Written comments or objections on the application may be submitted to, and <br />additional information obtained from, the Mined Land Reclamation Division, <br />1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, Colorado 80203, (303)866-3567. These <br />comments must be filed with the Mined Land Reclamation Division by 4:00 p.m. <br />on the working day prior to permit decision. The decision date for this <br />application is July 12, 1991, providing all permit requirements have been met. <br />
