On p remh r 1R 1qR~, the Mined Land Recl motion <br />Board (the "Board") approved the Operator's application for this perm t, fixed <br />the amount of the financial warranty and directed that this permit be Issued <br />upon the filing with the Mined Land Reclamation Division (the "0lvisi n") of <br />performance warranty and financial warranty (or warranties) in the am unt so <br />fixed in form and substance approved by the Division.
