The Colorado Division of Minerals and
Geology recently approved the enclosed as-built drawings of these ponds. Based on my verbal
description during one telephone conversation last year, you may recall that you indicated that
they were not a dam safety concern. In order for MCC to comply with the stipulation, please
review these drawings and provide a written response to MCC regarding any dam safety
concerns. -
Please contact me at (303)929-2256 should you have any questions.
Sincerely,
1
r~~~f
Kat}ileenG.
