One (1) coal refine surge pile of a maximum of 1,500 tons. This tray be located either at Disposal Site No. 1 or Disposal Site No. 2 , . THIS PERMIT LS GRANTED SUBJECT TO ALL RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE COLORADO AIIt QUALITY CONTROL COMMISSION AND THE COLORADO AIR POLLUTION PREVENTION AND CONTROL ACT C.R.S. (257-101 et s , TO THOSE GFNFRAI. TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH ON THE REVERSE SIDE OF THIS DOCUMENT AND THE FOLLOWING SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS: - 1. The particulate emission control measures listed on Attachment A (as proposed in the Particulate Emission Control Plan submitted to the Division) shall be applied to the particulate emission producing sources as required by Regulation No. 1. 2. The Division's approval of the proposed control plan is based on the activity limits listed below. Prior to any increase in daily or annual activities, the applicant shall submit a revised Atr Pollutant Emission Notice and Control Plan which will be subject to dte Division review and approval to ensure compliance with the National Ambient Atr Quality Standards for particulate matter. Records of actual activities shall be maintained by the applicant and made available to the Division for inspection upon request. Total coal refuse disposed shall not exceed 1,000,000 tons per year, and 7,200 tons per day. 3. This perntit is for material handling and related activities only, Any process equipment (i.e. crushers, screens, etc.) to be located at this site must have a separate permit from the Division. ~~ 077/0082/005
