NOLAN ARCHITECTS 3033254417

`L
(3) i~i'rtine and Reclamaticg Plans. Czsign of t}ie path for
redirecting the river channel has not been described.
The downstream transition zone where the river leaves
the pit has not been mentioned.
According to the reclamation plan, the river will
remain in about the same location and the al•ea will be
in about the same condition as it is now. However,
some substantial differences seem possible, because the
channel will be in the west pit. Depending upon how
much gravel is transported into the pit by the river,
some sort of lagoon could remain for a long time. If
the river is not diverted hack to the east pit, it is
difficult to see where gravel will come from for any
contouring of that pit back "...in approximately the
same condition as now exists."
We believe these matters should ba addressed adequately in the
consideration of this application.
Sincerely,
C~~ ~i~~~
James A.
