Oil and Grease Monitorine <br />For every outfall with oil and grease monitoring, in the even[ an oil sheen or floating oil is observed, a grab sample <br />shall be collected, analyud, and reported on the appropriate DMR. In addition, corrective action shall be taken <br />immediately to mitigate the dischazge of oil and grease. A description of the corrective action taken should be <br />included with the DMR. <br />e. Salinity Parameters <br />In order to obtain an indication of the quantity of Salinity being dischazged from the site, the permittee shall monitor <br />the wastewater effluent at the following frequencies: <br />Outfalls Frequencv Sample Tvoe <br />001, 002, 004, 005, 006, 007, 008, 009, 010, <br />011, 012, 013 014 and 015 Quarterly Grab <br />Self-monitoring sampling by the permittee for compliance with the monitoring requirements specified in Part I.B.I. sball <br />be performed at the following locations: outfalls 001, 002, 004, 005, 006, 007, 008, 009, 010, 011, 012, 013, 014 and 015 <br />- at outfalls of the sedimentation ponds prior to entering the immediate receiving waters. <br />If the permittee, using the approved analytical methods, monitors any pazameter mare frequently than required by this <br />permit, then the results of such monitoring shall be included in the calculation and repotting of the values required in the <br />Dischazge Monitoring Report Form or other forms as required by dte Division. Such increased frequency shall also be <br />indicated. <br />See Part i.C. for Definitions. <br />
