Active pit area will be approximately 1 acre in size, <br />roughly 200'x. 200'. After we mine an acre then we'll move north and mine <br />another acre and start reclaiming the mined out area. <br />See Mining Plan Map <br />#4 Rule 6.3.3(I). Prevention of storm water runoff and sedimentation of <br />Ladder Creek. Operator will only mine approximately 1 acre at a time or <br />roughly 200'x 200'. After the 1'` acre is mined it will be sloped and shaped <br />according to F:eclamation Plan. Overburden and topsoil will be spread over <br />affected area and prepped ground will be seeded. In active mining area, pit <br />floor will not daylight to Ladder Creek as it will be too deep. Pit will retain <br />overland flow and on-site precipitation from a significant rain event.
