All <br />impoundment inspections were conducted by a qualified impoundment inspector. <br />Inspections took glace on June 14a', 15s' and 16a'. <br />The following maintenance items were observed. <br />Far East Buzzard -reset sediment mazker, repack a portion of spillway geoweb <br />Johnson #6 -seal new badger hole that exists on the downstream embankment face, <br />directly above the drain pipe <br />Johnson #7 -replace the identification sign <br />Middle Pyeatt #1-reset the sediment marker <br />East Pyeatt #2 -repair head-cutting beneath the concrete at spillway outlet <br />Sage #2 -reset the sediment marker <br />Oak #1-check and reset the sediment marker if necessary <br />Industrial Waste Pond -install an identification sign <br />At this time, none of the maintenance items represent a hazazd to the integrity of the <br />drainage and sediment control system. All ponds are functioning as designed. <br />Maintenance items will be addressed during the third and fourth quarters of 2006. <br />Contact me if you have any questions or need more information. <br />James M.
