Teller County has received and reviewed a separate copy of the application <br />of Colorado Calumet fora 110(2) Mining Reclamation Permit from the State of Colorado. <br />Pursuant to CRS 34-32-] 09(6), please be advised that this application is subject to a Teller County <br />Conditional Use Permit -Mining. At such time the Conditional Use Permit is approved, approved with <br />conditions, or denied by the Teller County Board of County Commissioners, we will notify the Division of <br />Minerals and Geology.
