Outfall 003A only discharged during the last week of the period, <br />therefore only one sample set could be collected for 003A during the period. No exceedances were noted. <br />In order to reduce the amount of paper work, the following certification will be substituted for the actual DMR forms to cover <br />the outfalls, which did not discharge. These outfalls include ponds T (Outfall 002A), C (Outfall 004A), F (Outfall 007A), and G <br />(Outfall 008A). Note that ponds A (Outfall 001 A), and H (Outfall 009A) have been deactivated following bond release, and <br />have been removed tram the newly amentled permit, effective January 1, 2003. Also note that Outfall 020A has not been <br />constructed yet. <br />CERTIFICATION <br />1 certify under penalty of law that 1 have personally examined and am familiar with the information submitted herein; and <br />based on my inquiry of those individuals responsible for obtaining the information, /believe the submitted information is <br />true, accurate, and complete. 1 am aware that there are significant penalties for submitting )alse information, including the <br />possibility of line and imprisonment.
