The aforementioned property is owned by Margaret E. Hogue and <br />(:harles E. Hogue, as Trustees of the Hogue Living Trust, P.O. <br />Box 770923, Steamboat Springs, Colorado 80477. The properties <br />described below will hereinafter be referred to as the <br />"Hogue/River Pit". <br />The Hogue/River Pit will be located approximately 6 miles west <br />of Steamboat Springs, Colorado on the south side of U.S. <br />Highway 40 at milepost 126.25. The acreage of permitted land <br />will be 51 +/- acres. <br />B. Ilogue/River Pit: A tract of land located in Sections 4 and 9, <br />Township 6 North, Range 85 West of the 6th P.M., Routt Coun[y <br />Colorado, and being more pictorially described as follows: <br />bounded on the north by the Denver and Rio Grande western <br />Railroad right-of-way; bounded on the east by the west property <br />line of Richard Grant and David Winograsky; bounded on the <br />• :south by the north bank of the Yampa River; and bounded on the <br />west by a north-south line extending from the Nw corner, E I/2 <br />NE 1/4, NW 1/4 of Section 9; which is located in the E 1/2 SE <br />]./4 SW 1/4, SW 1/4 SE 1/4 of said Section 4; and E 1/2 NE 1/4 <br />MW 1/4, NW 1/4 NE I/4 of said Section 9. <br />C.
