Outfalls 003, 022 and 024 discharged during this reporting period, however, Outfalls 003 and 024 did not commence
discharge until September. No permit limitation exceedences occurred during this quarter.
Chronic Whole Effluent Toxicity (WET) testing was performed at Outfalls 003, 022 and 024, indicating no toxicity to P.
Promelas or C. Dubia. The "Concentration with Statistically Significant Difference in Lethality" was >700% for both species at
each Outfall. Copies of the CDPS W ET Test Report Forms for both species are included in the submittal.
The WET tests conducted this quarter required extra visits to these sites, thus producing additional field parameter values
which were calculated into the statistics reported on the DMRs.
Outfalls 004, 007, 009, 011, 012, 013, 014, 015, 016, 017, 018, 019, 020, 021 and 023 along with Site 3001 did not discharge,
and therefore have no chemical or toxicological tests during this period. In order to reduce the amount of paper work, the
following certification will be substituted for the actual DMR forms to cover the outfalls which did not discharge.
I certiry under penalty o/law that I have personally examined and am familiar with the information submitted herein; ana
based on my inquiry o/ those individuals responsible for obtaining the in/ormation, 1 believe the submitted in/ormation is
true, accurate, and complete.
