Dear 11r. Brown:
Our Division has received the finalized sales contract with the B.L.M.
for the above captioned operation. On October 29, 1982, I received the
written answers to my final adequacy questions on the permit application
for this operation. The performance and financial warranties were approved
and signed by our Division Director with the following additions (as made
by me):
1) The following legal description of the permit area was added to
page 4 of the performance warranty and pane 10 of the financial
warranty, as required, as "Exhibit A": "Part of the N41', of the
NE2 of the P141'--; of Section 3, Township 15 South, Range 71 4Jest
of the 6th P.M., Teller County, Colorado".
2) The permit number, "82-200", was added to the appropriate blank
on page 1 and the appropriate date of signature, the "30th day
of October, 1982" was added to page 3 of the performance warranty
to properly complete it.
Unless contacted by you and informed to the contrary, I will assume that
these additions meet with your approval.
Therefore, enclosed please find two signed copies of the mining and
reclamation permit 'for this operation. Please sign each permit copy in
the space provided for the operator's signature and have your signature
properly notarized, in each case. Then, retain one permit cony for your
files and return the other to our Division within two weeks.
