This information is submitted in compliance with CMLRD Regulation 4.05.9(8). <br />Pond A <br />The present water elevation within Pond A is at approximately 6934'. This approximates <br />an impoundment volume of approximately 60 ac ft. <br />The sediment level appears to be approaching the design capacity. A survey to determine <br />contained sediment within the impoundment is recommended for 1991. <br />Removal of oversized rip rap and placement of properly sized rip rap is presently in <br />progress. Beavers are active below the dam in the outlet channel but have not moved <br />upstream to the dam. There aze no apparent stability concerns. <br />Pond D <br />Present water elevation within Pond D is approximately 6847'. <br />The sediment level is significantly below the maximum design elevation. <br />Doughty Steel is currently erecting an overland conveyor belt across one corner of the <br />dam and the emergency spillway. The elevation of the dam has not been altered or any <br />of the original material removal during construction other than the concrete footers. The <br />horizontal members of the structure are installed approximately 3' above the emergency <br />spillway elevation so no impact to the impoundment has occurred. The discharge outlet <br />needs to be addressed vvith proper rip rap placement. New rip rap is presently being <br />placed on the emergency spillway. <br />
