The inspection complies with Rule 4.05.9 (17) of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation <br />Board for Coal Mining. The format of the report has been revised and the inspection reports rewritten to <br />address information provided by Division letter regarding Sediment Pond Inspection Reports. <br />To the best of my knowledge, based upon my field observations and investigations, as detailed in the <br />attached inspections reports, all referenced ponds are being maintained in conformance with prudent, state- <br />of-the-art earthen embankment construction except as may be noted in the individual reports.. <br />Si cezely, <br />Ronald G.
