See
Map 2.04.7-1-A (Exhibit 7-1 ). WFC also submitted a technical revision application (TR-38) to revise
the hydrological monitoring program as follows:
Begin monitoring of the six new groundwaterwells (GW-N41, GW-N42 and GW-N43 up dip,
and GW-N44, GW-N45 and GW-N46 down dip). Table 2.04.7-1 shows the frequency and
parameters to be monitored.
After the initial monitoring of each of the six (6) holes, the old monitoring holes GW-N13,
GW-N 14 and GW-N15 will be abandoned. Abandonment reports will be submitted to DMG.
Once the monitoring of newwells begin, monitoring ofthe existing wells GW-N16, GW-N17,
GW-N18, GW-N36, GW-N37 and GW-N38 in New Horizon 2 Mine will be discontinued.
However, these wells will be kept open and ready to resume monitoring when New Horizon
Mine applies for a Phase 3 bond release of the area monitored by these wells in order to
collect data required by DMG.
Continue monitoringoftwoalluvialwellsGW-N39andGW-N40.
