Comments also describe any enforcement actionsSaken during-.the inspection, : . <br />f and the.facts or evidence supporting_the enforcementaction... - <br />This was an aerial inspection of the Yoast Mine conducted by Harry Ranney of the DMG. Aerial <br />photographs were taken on February 25, 2004. The aerial photos were reviewed by Mike Boulay <br />of the DMG. Weather conditions were cloudy at the time of the flight. The majority of the mine <br />4f1o.}~~ site was heavily covered in snow. No significant activity was noted at the site, during the aerial <br />inspection. <br />LL.7 _ ... - ._ . <br />.. -... _.. .. 2 ._, _ -.. <br />Haul Roads <br />Haul Roads A, B and D were viewed. Road ditches and road drainage runouts were snow <br />covered. Haul Roads A and B were mostly free of snow and appeaz to have been recently <br />graded: The site was generally well maintained and no problems were noted with this aerial <br />inspection of the mine, <br />Hydrologic Balance <br />Sedimentation Ponds 010 012, 013, and 014 were viewed: All of; ese sedimentation ponds <br />were retaining water. But none of~these ponds were discharging a~`the time of the flight. The <br />pond surfaces all appear to be frozen.
