Conservancy District office in San Luis.
Response:
The Division does not require permittees to submi[ additional copies of discharge monitoring reports (DMRs) or other
correspondence to additional entities other rltan to the Division and EPA. However, BMRI has indicated that they are willing to
submit an additional copy of the OMRs to a local entity, the San Luis Water and Sanitation District.

Figure 2 has been revised to show the 002 location and boundaries.
