Long
Division Dueaor
I have received the written request, dated 7/1/99, for a second exrtension of the decision date for the above-named
operation. The current decision is 7/2/99; the new date you requested is 7/30/99, an extension of four weeks.
The reason given for this request was to give the Division time to respond to your changes in the application
materials. While this is true, please be reminded that there is at least one issue, right-of-entry onto a portion of the
proposed permit area, which must be properly documented by you before a decision to approve may be made. This
item may take some time on the part of both you and our office.
1 am approving your request for extension, and the decision date has been reset to 7/30/99.
If you have any questions, I can be reached at the Division's Durango field office: 484 Turner Dr., Bldg.
