`. <br />COLORADO WATER LAWS <br />The permittee is encouraged to contact the State Engineer, with regard to the <br />administration of water rights, and the Colorado Department of Health, with regard to <br />the discharge of pollutants into the waters of the State. Violation of Colorado water <br />laws could result in enforcement actions taken by the State Engineer and/or the Colorado <br />Department of Health. <br />ADDITIONAL INFORMATION <br />This space can be referenced for further information of any of the items on this form. <br />Routt County requests an addendum to Permit X79-58 to increase frnm <br />the permitted 3 acres to a total of 9.9 acres. Routt County was oneraring <br />under the assumption that the original permit (N79-58) had been for a full <br />9.9 acres. l4e would now like the existing operations to be brought into <br />compliance. There are approximately 2 acres + remaining in the 9.9 <br />acre boundary.
