The letter states that their organization has serious concerns about the proposed
Parkdale Project.
The letter is addressed to the Fremont County Department of Planning and Zoning and is in regard
to a conditional use permit. Our Division will only consider it in the Reclamation Permit review
process if AHRA states that their comments are also directed to the Division of Minerals and
Geology or the Mined Land Reclamation Board in regard to Agile Stone Systems Reclamation
Permit application.
The concerns listed that the Division and Board can consider before making a decision on the
application are: river water quality, soils, air quality (dust from topsoil or overburden storage areas)
and vegetation. If you have additional information that clarifies your application in regard to these
issues please provide it to the Division.
If you have not done so, it wold probably be beneficial for all concerned. If you would
communicate directly with AHRA regazding their concerns.
Please call if you have questions.
Sincerely, ~j ~/
Larry D.
