Please return the enclosed <br />form to provide this critical information. <br />The applicant is required to place a copy of the application for public <br />inspection with the Clerk of the county in which the proposed mine is <br />situated. This is intended to provide the application for public review and <br />comment. Please note that it is not intended to be made a part of public <br />record by recording. <br />The Board is tentatively scheduled to consider this application on March 25, <br />1987. <br />We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
