The map will be revised to indicate this. <br />Exhibit C (d) -Will gneiss and granite outcrops be blasted? <br />~~ No blasting is proposed in this operation. If the rock cannot be ripped, it will be left intact. <br />Exhibit C (f) (2) -Will the highwalls be mined and graded to 1-1/2: 1? <br />vv After discussion with the operator, the decision was made to change the gradient to 2H:1 V at the <br />t~ conclusion of mining activities. <br />Exhibit C (g) - Is there a need to significantly improve the existing access for ingress and <br />egress? <br />There is no need to upgrade or improve the road for this operation. It is in condition to be adequate. <br />Also, it will remain after mining to provide BLM access to their property immediately to the north. <br />5.)
