Estimated Timetable for Exploration Activities <br />1. Application: October 26, 2006. <br />2. Locate proposed drill sites and proposed access roads: early November 2006. <br />Commence exploration activities: mid/late November 2006. <br />4. Completion ofexploration/reclamation activities under this NOI: November 2008. <br />V. Description of the Proposed Exploration Area <br />1. Location <br />The exploration program will be conducted in the Danforth Hills Coal Field, <br />approximately 35 miles southwest of Craig, Colorado. The project area is located in <br />Moffat and Rio Blanco Counties. The entire proposed exploration project area is <br />within the LMU boundary as shown on the enclosed map. All lands within the LMU <br />Federal Coal Leased Area are held by Colowyo under 7 Federal and 2 State Coal <br />mining leases.
