Building and Structures <br />The site contains no historic structures. <br />3.1.12 Signs and Markers <br />(1) A sign will be provided, visible from 23 Road, which mee[s the requirements of this <br />section. <br />(2) The boundary of the affected area will be clearly marked per the requirements of <br />this section by the fences provided around the permit area boundary. <br />Pan ?(d) <br />As discussed in this section, the top two to six inches of topsoil material will be stockpiled in the <br />buffer areas and preserved for site reclamation.
