During the May 23-24, 2001, MLRB meeting, the Board will consider the Line Camp Pit
application. The attached findings document has been prepared by staff to address the
issues raised by the objecting parties.
The Pre-hearing Conference will occur on May 15, 2001, W.T. Cohan presiding as the
Pre-hearing Officer. The proposed Pre-hearing Order will be forwarded shortly after the
Pre-hearing Conference.
